The Founder received Life Time Achievement Award in Climate Change Research 2016

 

Prof. Dr. (Mrs.) Malti Goel, Chief Executive Officer and Founder, Climate Change Research Institute, New Delhi received Life Time Achievement Award in Climate Change Research 2016 by Pearl – A Foundation for Educational Excellence to Higher Education in India, Madurai. She delivered Pearl Laureate Lecture in the National Conference on “SMART SUMMIT – 2016” ( Science,  Medicine,  Agriculture,  Research and Technology) held on  Saturday 10th December, 2016.


On this occasion the Chief Guest, Hon'ble Justice Dr. P. Jyothimani, Judicial Member, National Green Tribunal, Principal Bench, Faridkot House, New Delhi delivered the Inaugural Address and conferred the PEARL Foundation Lifetime Achievement Awards. Prof. Dr. K. Muthuchelian, Former Vice-Chancellor, Periyar University, Salem, Tamil Nadu presided over the function and delivered the Presidential Address. Prof. Dr. (Mrs.) Malti Goel, delivered the PEARL Laureate Lecture on "Climate Change and Innovations". Prof. Dr. M. Anandakrishnan, Prof. Dr. S. P. Thyagarajan, Prof. Dr. P. Jagdeesa Pandian and Prof. Dr. Col. A.K. Gahlot, also delivered the PEARL Laureate Lectures.
