Dr. (Mrs.) Malti Goel, President, Climate Change Research Institute delivered the keynote address in SHK 16th Annual Conference

Dr. (Mrs) Malti Goel, President, Climate Change Research Institute delivered Keynote Address in the Annual conference on “Climate Change – Save Planet or Perish” organized by Sarita Vihar Harit Kranti (SHK) on 16th Nov. 2019. The aim of the Conference was to spread awareness among the residents about Clean & Green ambience and take actions for ‘Swachchha Bharat’ Abhiyan to appreciate & support environment & pollution control activities. The theme of the  address was on ‘Air Pollution and Climate Change’. Climate Change actions on local and global levels were described.

Chief Guest, Sh. Praveen Garg, Additional Secretary & Financial Adviser, MoEFCC  delivered the Inaugural Address on ‘Impacts of Climate Change’. Sh. Sandeep Marwah, MD, Marwah Studios addressed the participants and highlighted the importance of Clean India mission. Other dignitaries and distinguished guests also addressed the Conference. Sh. J.S. Saluja, President, SHK, profusely thanked all participants and urged them to give priority to environment protection. The SHG encouraged Malis, Supervisors and Swachchh Karamcharis by presenting them Awards for their good performance. On this occasion a ‘Conference & 16th Annual Function’ Souvenir was published.
